Best car
"Love everything about this car! Heated seats front and back! Love that you can control rear climate in the front. The 3 TVs help keep kids distracted for car rides. A bunch of storage! Great family car"

Our Chrysler T&C
"Purchased used 5 year old 42,000 miles now has 87,000 miles the usual brakes & tire replacements love the heated seats in the winter. The fold & go seat storage & openings is brutal for elderly adults and the Sirus Radio is really expensive with extremely limited options and a PhD is needed to use the hard drive music storage/play system."
Interior

Functional & starting to show its age after 11 years.
Exterior

3.0

Factory paint fading and chipping in strange places. Had to polish the headlights several times because of the poor quality plastic lenses.
Performance

3.8 liter with 4-speed overdrive runs like a bat outta hell. 10-12 mpg around town 21-23 on the Interstate.
Family

Lots of room for 5 adults & middle seats are heated like the two front seats.

You get what you pay for ... this Chrysler T&C is certainly a st or two up for the Dodge Caravan we had previously which we purchased new.

I was really hoping it will last longer
"Although we had it only maintained by the dealer, i fond we had way too many problems with it. 1. Had to replace both rear brake calipers, something I never had to do on any other vehicle I owned. 2. A/C needed repair twice. The second time we were told it's the rear evaporator (around the rear passenger wheel) and hoses, around $1,800 + tax) so we are not doing that. 3. Oil plug threads are getting worn (really??) and we'll eventually have to replace the oil pan - ~$800! 4. At 140,000 km, timing (belt, chain...whatever) need to be serviced. $1,400! 5. There is rust everywhere, front passenger fender, rear wheel arches... 6. We had to replace all rear wheel bearings and the front right one. I'll just drive it to the ground and then look elsewhere..."

Great Car, Horrible Brakes
"Overall the car is great. It has one major flaw, the braking system. It has 4 wheel disc with auto braking system. Currently has 130,000 miles. For the first 60,000 miles I was replacing the front rotors due to warping every 10-15,000 miles. Finally replaced the fronts with drilled and slotted rotors which cured the rotor warpage. The rear brakes did ok until 111,000 when the calipers froze. New calipers, rotors and pads ($600 bill). Lasted until 130,000 when rear caliper sliders froze up, took out the pads and rotors (another $500 bill). The brakes on this vehicle were upgraded for model year 2012. If you are considering this vehicle go with a 2012 -2019. "

4.0 liter engine runs great. Replaced plugs at 100,000 just as a precaution. I average 17.0 mpg, 23 hwy, 15 in town.

Good, not great. If not for the brake issue I would rate the vehicle excellent.

My daughter's car
"I checked the Carfax report on this car for my daughter. She's always said she "I won't buy a minivan", but this car was just right - especially since she has custody of her 3 grandchildren who always fight while in her car(and in mine) "don't touch me". Now she can separate them and the kids really like it. "

10 years and going strong
"Bought my 2008 Chrysler T&C from Carmax in 2011. Van has 155K+ miles and still going strong. Early on it needed a new transmission but I had purchased the Carmax coverage so it was fully covered. Other than that just the normal wear and tear of an older car (recently had to replace the radiator and water pump). "
