Great travel vehicle
"The Escalade Is a great vehicle, with routine maintenance and just taking care of the vehicle it will take care of you. I Have over 140,000 miles and it’s still running strong and I pull a 26 foot toy hauler trailer with it. It’s a great vehicle I love it. "

My vehicle interior has held up very well, being a 10 year old vehicle. The only seat that really shows wear is of course the driver seat. But it’s really not noticeable with a casual glance.
Exterior

4.0

The exterior is black, I get compliments on how good the vehicle looks and many people ask what year is my Escalade because I keep it clean. Black shows all dirt so it gets washed quite frequently.

I haven’t had any major problems with it’s performance. Last year the ECU was changed after the vehicle keep cutting off while driving across the country again at this time the vehicle was9 year trouble free.

Great vehicle for traveling with kids although mine are grown. It’s my big boy vehicle We’ve traveled across America in it my wife drive it occasionally but she has the 2010 SRX which she loves.

Now this can be a touchy subject, I love my truck I take pride and good care of it so cost isn’t that big of an issue. Going to the gas pump is a necessary evil for any vehicle owner you just have to decide what you pocket can handle.

The perfect family car! Great on trips and excellent mileage on freeways - plus E85 gas, so even more savings. Great for launching/pulling boats.

It's a 6.2L, V8, if you want cost effective, you shouldn't be looking at a 6.2L engine.
