"The engine and mechanical parts of this car are excellent. Acceleration is a thrill. Handles extremely well and braking is on point. But lets face it, you don't sit on an engine, your arm doesn't rest on brakes. The cabin of the car and the components are lackluster. My car has been babied from day one. Always in the garage, always detailed to the T. Leather has peeled off the steering wheel. Vinyl armrest on the driver door ripped at 50k miles. The trim piece on the shift knob peeled and cracked. The light behind the clock quit working. The radio barely gets a signal. I get that not everything was meant to last forever, but when I google fixes for all the above I realize I am in no way alone. So, maybe its time to invest in some cosmetics as the performance of the car is like the day I drove off the lot with it. But since the car does not stay together on the inside like its German competition, this is probably my last Infiniti....the older ones had impeccable craftsmanship. Really easy car to maintain and relatively affordable at the dealership to keep up to speed. "
