SILVER DREAM <> The only car to dare to drive. Eye candy with the top down, definitely a great looking everyday car. Fast for V6- it moves! Rides a little close to road. Only drive when its clean. It is a head turner! It is a dream car.

This is a speciality car, not for everyone, cost depends on your needs. Good gas mi. Key is a $$$ to replace. Investing into car is optional. Fun car to spoil !

2011 Camaro SS/RS Convertible
"Probably the nicest vehicle of it's kind sold in resent months in the US. I have been looking since fall of last year- there are VERY FEW 6 speed V-8's. I can even buy at Manheim auctions throughout the nation and couldn't find one. I believe it has all available options, just the car I would order if I bought it new. Price was higher than I was expecting to pay, but this way I am not reworking something to get it to this level."
Interior

Two tone leather. Some makes on seat, but I am replcing them from GM.
Exterior

5.0

Inferno orange. Would think you're nuts had you told me about the color a year ago, outstanding color with black accents. Would pick these colors if ordering new.
Performance

5.0

426 HP- what's not to like. It has 76 more HP than each of my Vettes.
Family

Would not want to take kids or a dog in it, but that is not what you buy a car like this for.
Cost

1.0

If you worry about, cost you should probably buy a Focus, but this car is collectable and should hold it's value.

Very happy with our Camaro
"Very happy with the ride and the quality of this car. I typically by my cars 1-2 years old and keep them for another 3. This is a first car for our 17 year old son, it has 84,000 miles on it. So it is 7 years old, and average miles, but I tell you the ride is excellent, no rattles or squeaks, everything works, paint still looks good, overall great quality for the age and miles . The 6 cylinder has plenty of power - seriously, it is a fun sports car. "

best 5th gen Camaro
" The 2011 SS camaro is a great car you spend a little more than the base model but well worth it. the brembo brakes stop on a dime, you get a leather inside and a boston acoustic 240 watt stereo that sounds great. I got a car with 38000 miles so low miles can be a concern. have fun "

"I bought the car for its beauty, power, and specifically for the very low mileage on the odometer. I use the car mainly for work, which is less than 2 miles from my apartment. The car lives up to its name where responsiveness and handling are measured, and I for one am enjoying the "big boy toy" that I bought. I have always dreamed of having a car like this, and at this point in my life am very satisfied with the purchase. Driving it from Houston, TX to San Jose, CA (which is where I currently live) was actually a nice ride. I was able to test it out in the middle of the night, where I found that the car drives true and straight. I was very pleasantly surprised by her sheer power. The only major negative I would point out would be the gas mileage, which has not been up to what the car is rated for. However, it is my understanding that the additives (i.e. ethanol) bring the mileage down, and living in California this is very much the case. This seems to be proven out as my mileage has been sub-par for the time that I have owned it. Another possible negative is the braking system. With the sheer amount of mass of the vehicle, I am somewhat convinced that it needs bigger brakes, although I have yet to fully test that theory out (and prefer not to be forced to)."
Exterior

4.0

A few minor dings, but otherwise very clean. Paint is still very good on the vehicle. The tires are in good shape, and the engine looks clean. Body style is beautiful (well that is my opinion at least). I have dubbed her "Elvira" because she looks gorgeous dressed in black, and after all, I did buy her on Halloween ;-) .
Interior

4.0

Clean, soft leather, great instrumentation. While there are nicer interiors in a luxury vehicle, this is not the reason I wanted this car. Good sounds. Car stereo is in good shape. I find myself "rockin' to the music" of my Sertaneja often. The only negative from the stereo is that I could not use Bluetooth for Audio. I needed an external cable to get this to accept the tunes from my phone.
Family Friendliness

1.0

This is far from what I would consider a family friendly vehicle, but then that is NOT what I bought the car for. There is almost no trunk space, and the back seat won't exactly accommodate anyone that is very large (i.e. hardly any leg room - reminds me of the Ford Mustang). But then again, I bought it as a sports car, and it is everything that it is billed up to be.
Cost Effectiveness

1.0

I am not willing to offer a high grade on this only because of the gas mileage I am currently experiencing. While I believe the car was priced right for me, I do think the fuel mileage must be weighed in consideration for anyone that intends to use this vehicle for anything more than pleasure. If you are interested in fuel economy, look elsewhere. If the mileage actually lived up to its rating I might be willing to rate it higher, but it currently does not.
Performance

5.0

Strong engine, good suspension, and drives straight and true at any speed. The car achieves (and I might go so far as to add, overachieves) my expectations. She is deceptively fast (I have to be very mindful of the gas pedal ;-) ), and handles quite well, although I do plan on making some performance enhancements before I take her out to the track.

"I always wanted a sports car and this one was the one! The heads up display is cool. I recommended people with 2010-2011 camaro ss to do the fuse pull when your car is using the low grade gas and switch it to premium."

"Bought the car, cause it's a 2011 with 16000 miles and in great shape and not to mention am awesome buy. Beautiful car and great on gas, not recommended for 4 people space in the back is to small. But it has a good size trunk.. Overall great car, we love it.. "
