BARCELONA
"Great Ride & Fun to Drive. Low Maintence. My second Rav4. Had a 1998 Rav4 for 17 years and was always reliable. Wife loves to drive car and feels safe where ever she goes. I will recommend the Toyota Rav4 to everyone."

My "new" RAV4
"I Love This Car! I looked for and bought a Toyota RAV4 according to what I read in Consumer Reports magazine. Their ratings for this car [model and year] are correct. It is responsive and very nice to drive. Knowing what to look for in the way of repair issues is another reason I bought it. The magazine notes 'brakes' and 'noises and leaks' are on the low predictability end for this year's model but knowing that in advance is a plus."

I am not sure....I needed a new tire because of a nail in 'the shoulder' of a new tire on the car could not be repaired..original owner knew of this and did not tell dealer....$200 after only 1 month with it.

RAV4 Sport
"Nice small SUV. But no spare tire or any place to even store one! Only other complaint is a stiff suspension - bumpy ride unless on smooth pavement. I would buy another RAV4, just not the sport model. "

2011 Toyota RAV 4 Sport review
"I am in love with this vehicle! I particularly like the fact that the back door swings OUT instead of up. I also like having a full size tire as a spare. One thing I would like to point out is when the tire pressure light comes on and all 4 of your tires are at the proper psi level, check the spare! It has a chip in it and the indicator will go off when it gets low. Nice to know that my spare is in good shape should I need it. I love all of the roominess, the cubby holes and map pockets. Visibility is great in this vehicle. It drives like a dream. I had (and still do) a Toyota Corrolla for over 20 years. I hope to keep this RAV4 just as long!"

Nice leather seats, super clean and it still smells brand new. I really like all of the storage space and hideaway bins under the back stoage area.
Exterior

Plenty of room. It seats 5 VERY comfortably and theres plenty of room in the very back if you needed to seat a couple more.

I'm impressed with my gas mileage, especially after driving a Corrolla for 20 years. This vehicle was priced right for my budget too.

"Actually, I want to give 3.5 stars, but there is no function to add 0.5 star. As you can expect from Toyota, no big mechanical problem and moderate performance. Average 25 m/g fuel economy. 2.4 liter engine with low number of gears, the car performs exactly that much! Problems with windows up and down. Much road, tire, wind, and engine noise. "

"We bought it to go into the southwest backcountry and we wanted to have a four wheel drive vehicle. We like the space inside it. I was especially looking for a vehicle with a full sized spare or the space to keep a full sized spare. We like the fact that it starts up great every time and has a lot of power. There are a couple of things that could be better about the vehicle. It has tinted side windows and it has a post between the front and side door that is very wide. The result is a large blind spot for moving left. I have to turn my body hard around to ensure that I'm not moving into another car changing lanes to the left. I'm not too crazy about the fuel guage indicator either. It is low on the right hand side and it isn't obvious when the gas is low. The vehicle doesn't seem to get very good gas mileage in the city. It was possible to get a good price/decent mileage car by purchasing this model Toyota."
