It's a Porsche 911, it's not a "family" car, it's a secondary "fun" car that carries 2 people and a limited amount of stuff just fine.

Hahahaha!! If you're looking for cost effective, this is not the car for you. It's expensive in every way, but you know that going in.

"Street legal race car with enough creature comforts to make it the perfect all around sports car for me. The GT3 model is a very focused, pure sports car."

"Wonderful car to drive, especially with the top down. Manual shift, controls, engine responsiveness (the sound!!!) all terrific. Standard seats are nice looking BUT hard on the posterior for a skinny person."

Typical 911 - back seat suitable for adults only if you can fold and mutilate them.

Not. But cost effectiveness is not the point. Do you get excited when you drive it and look at it? Yes!

"Very pleased with the 911. For those people that don't want a 7 speed manual transmission there is automatic. Options are very expensive and is a good reason to purchase preowned. "

911 Targa 4S
"I had a 2014 Porsche Boxster S, my 4th Boxster but they do not seem to hold the value very well. A car appraiser for a car buying service told me 911's hold the value much better. 2016 is the last year 911's are naturally aspirated. All 911's going forward are turbo charged. I chose the 911 Targa 4S & in guards red as it is not a very common 911. It is an amazing looking car. At 400HP it is very powerful & a great car to drive. "

When you compare Porsche 911's to other exotics like Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren & Maserati & compare Porsche 911's to these cars they are amazing value for the $!
