QX60
"It is a great vehicle. One of the thing you want to look out for are dents in the body. All dents won’t be seen depending on time of day and the color of the vehicle. I discovered at dent two weeks after I purchased the vehicle. It has been painted over with touch up paint. The angle of the sun hit the vehicle just right and that is how I noticed the dent."

Great Ride
"QX60 has a smooth and comfy ride. Plenty of leg room. back seat and 3rd row seats are easy to stow away to give more storage room. "
Interior

5.0

The dashboard is easy to reach for the driver. Multiple ways to access climate controls, audio, etc. The shape of the dash is luxurious compared to other midsize SUV. I'm in love with the large moon roof for the back section of the SUV. However I'm just becoming a fan of the black floor mat. Shows any speck of dirt.
Exterior

5.0

The only thing I would change is the shape of the back of the SUV. Everything else is perfect.
Performance

4.0

Not a fan of ECO or STD mode because of the lack of pick up. Otherwise it is great. Sports mode is so much better in terms of performance, but burns more gas. With the small gas tank, I'm filling up more often than I care to.
Family

5.0

Roominess for the family. Family loves that the back seats recline. Which was great for long trips.

Could be a great car..
"The car could be great but... the tech inside is GARBAGE and OUTDATED. The voice recognition doesn't recognize voices. It doesn't have android auto or apple car play. The USB ports won't charge a phone, not enough power coming out. You have to do multiple steps to change anything. My 2011 minivan had better navigation set up and look. The screen is always on. You can only put it on nav or turn it off. The foot tailgate sensor never works. The remote start takes for ever to work. It is advertised as a 3 row car but the 3rd doesn't have a/c or heat. The a/c in the second row only blows in the middle console and is really loud, no matter what speed. The good is it look nice and the interior is well done. It rides like a luxury car not like an suv. Accident avoidance system is good but not great."

The fact that there is no ac or heat in the 3rd row ruins the family factor.

Luxury SUV QX60
"After owning a Chevy conversion van for 20 years it was time to say goodbye. So now what, haven't car shopped in 20 years, After lots of searches I liked the Infinity QX60. Quite smooth ride, 290 hp with good getup and go. Very roomy cabin, nice double stitched leather. Purchased in Dec of 2018 and the Chicago winter -20F was not an issue, remote start and heated seats and steering wheel, man I'm spoiled! ;) side note, I drive in sport mode and get around 17mpg. But I have a need for speed.."

Cost to own is fair, your mpg will very based during style. I wash and clean it every 2 weeks so that's added costs but worth it. For a used vehicle it was 30k, but compared to Lexus same year and options, its 15k cheaper. Infinity is Better value. IMO.

A decent family car for a reasonable price but not engineered to last more than 100k miles
"While the vehicle functions well overall, it is missing some of the small refinements that other brands have near this price level. For example: 1) the rear view mirror has auto dim but the side mirrors do not. 2) when you are on a call via Bluetooth, the blower motor does not slow to reduce the background noise 3) rain sensing wiper does not work on rear window when in reverse 4) cvt transmission provides decent power but the maintenance plan at the dealer does not provide for transmission fluid changes-claims fluid is lifetime of vehicle which is not true in normal life - other similar vehicles utilize an electric transmission with fluid changes every 50k Miles, 5) the stereo sometimes gets confused when playing from the iPhone and is not able to work until the car is shutoff, driver door opened, and then started again. Overall with the exception of the cvt issue, this car will last most people long enough. If you expect 150k+ Miles, this might not meet your expectation. This is a good lease vehicle if that is what you want. The other point is to make sure you use premium gas, otherwise the acceleration is sluggish."

Great luxury for the money
"This is a well-appointed, solid, comfortable and quiet ride. It is feature-rich and provides the passengers with a solid, stable and luxurious experience. Great space and features. The flexibility of the 2nd and 3rd rows to provide either comfortable passenger or cargo space is fantastic. Living in the south where the summers are both hot and humid, the cooled seats are a wonderful luxury...and almost a necessity! Very pleased with this vehicle and the buying/service experience at our local dealer, INFINITI of Cool Springs! They make you feel very special!"

There are likely cheaper vehicles, but few that combine the luxury interior, advanced safety features, technology, and styling at an affordable price as this vehicle.

My New Used Vehicle
"My husband has an illness that requires frequent long distance trips to physicians and hospitals for treatment. We had a smaller sedan that was considered a sports car but needed a larger vehicle to ensure my husbands comfort. I read up on many SUVs and settled on the Infiniti QX60 as I liked it's body style and size. I thought that the car I saw advertised on line had the side motion indicators and GPS but after working the deal on line and traveling over 200 miles to purchase it, those features weren't on the vehicle. Other than those 2 things, I love the vehicle for it's roominess, comfort, and excellent gas mileage. The vehicle was not new but was a previous lease with low mileage. I bought an extended warranty. I was not pleased with my treatment by the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from so I started using Orr Infiniti in Shreveport, LA and can say that they provide superb service and excel in customer service. "
Interior

5.0

Previous person who leased the vehicle kept the interior in great shape for a vehicle that was 2 years old.
Exterior

4.0

There were a few minor scrapes and nicks on the car but nothing extreme.
Performance

Not as powerful as I would have liked and what I was used to but it is sufficient. I was not familiar with a CVT and have not gotten used to having an automatic vehicle that rolls backwards in drive on an incline. I understand now that this is normal with this type transmission but probably wouldn't have bought it if I had known it did this.
Family

5.0

Interior is large and spacious. Has plenty of room for my entire family to travel in or for my husband to recline and rest in when traveling to and from Drs. appts and hospitals.
Cost

5.0

The vehicle is still under the original warranty and I purchased extended warranty so all routine maintenance has not cost us anything. It is also very good on gas. Well worth the cost of the purchase.

2017 QX60
"The Infiniti QX60 has an excellent ride - very smooth and quiet. The vehicle has a ton of space (3 row seating) that can be utilized for passengers or storage space. I have been driving Infiniti suvs for over 17yrs. & this one does not disappoint. I only traded/sold my last QX4 to upgrade my vehicle - I drove it for 15yrs. "
