"Nissan likes to market the 8th generation Maxima as a 4DSC (4 Door Sports Car) and while it is quick and sporty compared to its rivals like the Avalon, Cadenza, 300, or the Impala, it isn't quite a sports car. It is however a spectacular car. My Maxima, the SL trim, had everything I was looking for in a car including auto-emergency braking, adaptive cruise, a pano sunroof, Apple Carplay, 300 HP, etc.
The car has been incredibly reliable, but then again I only have 40,000 miles at the time of this review but it's still just as new as when I got it.
On the back roads, the car can give you lots of fun if you're looking for it. It's quick, and handling is great (especially if you get the SR trim).
I wholeheartedly recommend this car to anyone looking for a sedan with some fun to be had."
