Like the Ascent
"We have had the Ascent for one year, about 10,000 miles, and have had no problems except for two factory recalls. One for CVT chain slippage and one for ECU reprogramming. Really like the adaptive cruise control. Love the heated leather seats and heated steering wheel. Access to third row is easy for grand kids through the second row captain's chairs. With almost all short trips and in town driving, fuel economy is disappointing at about 17MPG, but it is a big vehicle. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at three row SUV. We also drove Enclave, Atlas, and Pilot but liked the Ascent's safety features and driving feel. The other vehicles were nice and would have been fine, just personal preferences made the Ascent our choice."

Subaru Ascent 2019
"Love this SUV. Looked for a 3rd row and lots of room, performance, and safety and found it all plus more with the Subaru. We looked at several makes but found the value, features, and safety we were looking for in Subaru."
Interior

5.0

Lots of room, cup holders, USB ports and anything else you want. 3rd row is great for grandchildren but adults fit easily in the 3rd row too. The process of getting to the 3rd row was well thought out and is much easier that Hyundai or Toyota.
Exterior

5.0

Nice lines, beautiful paint options. Added body side moldings was a plus.
Performance

5.0

Snappy Boxer 4 cylinder turbo engine has real performance when needed and the economy I was looking for. With 5000 pound towing capacity, it can do anything I want to do. When I fold down the 2nd and 3rd rows, I can load plywood, lumber, or almost what ever I need.
Family

19 cup holders, USB, LED lighting, carpets and weather mats, large thressholds that keep dirt off carpet are all great for an active family. We have 8 grandchildren and the 7-passenger with the 2nd row captain's chairs is great for us.

Being a new model, there wasn't any price negotiation. We ordered and got the 10th one delivered in our city. Should be able to find better deals now. All said, I was happy with the price.

2019 Subaru Ascent
"I love this vehicle. Have had a couple of recalls and a rock that puncture my air conditioner that for some reason was not covered under warranty, otherwise I love this car. "
Interior

5.0

Seats seven and has a well made interior. Good leather and comfortable seating. Nothing looks cheap.
Exterior

5.0

Looks aggressive with 20 inch wheels. Competes well with Honda Pilot. I have the limited edition in Ice Silver.
Performance

5.0

2.4 turbo runs super smooth and pushes out 270 horses.

Well my family are all furry dogs and I think they love it.

Priced well for a high end Subaru. This car will run well with proper maintenance.
